Placed an online order and husband went and picked up. Got home and the order was wrong and missing items, fries were undercooked & cold, chicken was overcooked like it had been in a warmer for hours, extra sauces weren’t in order. Filled out the contact form online and they offered to replace the meals. When we ordered the replacement meals, it was the same situation. Apparently they aren't making enough money. I give nearly $11 for the 4 piece basket and have always asked for and politely received a 2nd sauce because one isn't enough for the 4 pieces and sometimes the 1st sauce container isn't even full. When I asked for another sauce yesterday they wanted to take me back to the register for another .42. I wasn't going to do it. I was stating my case and a kid saved the day.
