“We recently have been to Dairy Queen in Silsbee , Texas
We can't rate Silsbee Dairy Queen high enough with the stars ... Because the rating don't give enough stars as this Silsbee Dairy Queen needs .
Our waitress was Heather Bartlett... She's a very out standing & out going waitress . She DEFINITELY makes SURE we got what we ordered .
She EXTREMELY knows how to make blizzards the way the blizzards SHOULD taste like . She's DEFINITELY EXTREMELY pleasant waitress. Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep her on the shifts . Dairy Queen definitely needs to keep their parmesan chicken strip basket. Their parmesan chicken strip basket is EXTREMELY DELICIOUS.
We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with Dairy Queen in Silsbee , Texas .
But one suggestion to Silsbee Texas Dairy Queen is they need to remodel their bathroom s to be assist handicap and there needs to be another handicap ramp .
We DEFINITELY will continue to go to Silsbee,Texas Dairy Queen.“

“Friendly staff and always good food. I love using their app to order 1/2 price drinks any time of the day. I did order a strawberry real fruit slushy with sweet cream, and it was not slushy, more like sludge. I called them, and they are going to make it right.

Parking: There are a few spaces on the left for ordering ahead and then plenty on both sides to accommodate approximately 30+ people.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal with a toy that is changed either bi-weekly or monthly. My kids are grown.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking, tables in front outside they can accommodate a wheelchair.“

“As a traveler I have been to several KFC’s and this location was not pleasant the last time I visited. I was pleased surprised to see such changes with the new management that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at KFC. The staff were super friendly and attentive, my order was right & the food hot. Definitely will be back again.“

“It was 8 in the morning, a busy time for McDonald's. A lady was mopping the whole front floor area where all the customers walk, I slipped several times and almost fell and the employees were laughing. There was no dry floor to walk on. The lady mopping was posted at the front door like she was expecting someone to fall and was just waiting to see. Why is this lady mopping at 8 in the morning? Elderly people are always in the store, this is a law suit waiting to happen.“

“I don't know what the young girl's name is that was working all by herself there tonight, it wasn't on my receipt and I don't remember her having a name tag on. But whatever you're paying her, she deserves double. She was all alone with people steadily coming in and I work in food service so I know the noise of online tickets coming in, and on top of all that a couple spilled their drink all over the floor. This young lady kept her composure the entire time, tho I could tell she was struggling she never once complained and greeted every guest and thanked them when they left. I would have given you 5 stars if you would have had an extra person working so this poor girl wasn't killing herself trying to stay above water. I know good help is hard to find as my job is also running very thin these days on employees. Still a Mgr could have at least been there to help during the dinner rush. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great as usual, and I only had to wait for my pretzel to cook as I ordered online and you were out of the churro I wanted. I think you have a great employee who has good mgmt material written all over her, don't run her off by spreading her too thin. Just my thoughts.“

The store is ALWAYS Clean..
Even though she was training the trainee and trainer NEVER let their customer service and friendliness down.
The food was prepared perfectly 👌 and with a smile..

“Friendly workers in the drive thru. I wish they would still make me a double decker Supreme like all the rest do, and charge extra for tortilla and beans, but they are a newer location and can't be faulted for their lack of knowledge on it.Aside from that, as long as they have the ingredients, super great place to eat. Just be careful pulling out, I'm always hitting the curb trying to maneuver getting out at that angle.“

“Been here twice already since moving to the area. We always go in and the staff is constantly making me laugh. They are so upbeat yet simultaneously chill.The food is delicious and they don't whimp out on the sauce.The atmosphere is ok. The building is small and seems a bit dated.“

“Delicious! I have never been to an Arby’s before but decided to try the Lumberton location. I ordered the Roast Beef Gyro and it was perfect!! The Staff was great too!!! Will definitely be back.“
