This place is such a GEM! We love our visits to The Combine! If you are from Lubbock or just visiting the area... you HAVE to experience this little piece of hallmark! Delicious and great customer service. Proud of the owners, and the staff!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary tonight with a delicious dinner and let’s just say we didn’t hold back on the menu 😅 The House Wedge Salad was absolutely incredible. The small charcuterie board was just the right size for the two of us, and every bite was spot-on. My husband couldn’t get enough of the Wicked Heat Flatbread. It's a great experience for any appetite, making it a fun addition to Slaton. The charcuterie board, in particular, is noted for its well-paired cheeses, meats, and fruits. The food we’ve ordered has been so tasty, and there is a nice variety of wines. The owner and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They have lots of board/table games.
