“I order for lunch and was in a time crunch for lunch and so when I received my order me and my coworker were missing our sides of chips and so I called to advise them and a young lady assisted me and advised me to pick them up next day during my lunch just to ask for a manager. I went in the following day and as I was ordering food again I advised the cashier I was also picking up some chips I didn’t receive in my order on yesterdays order and she went to go get her manager Cynthia which I stated to Cynthia what went on and I advised I just needed the chips to make it easier for everyone and let me tell you she is one of a hell of a great Manager she stated she was not going to give me just the chips that she was going to give me my meals free today and I advised her she didn’t have to do that and she stated ma’am it was our mistake and I will have you enjoy your meal right this time!!! Wow we need more managers like that and understand the customers as well as take responsibility that we all make mistakes but we are all able to resolve solutions as well!! Good job Cynthia I have more than 10 years of customer service experience and let me tell you that you are doing an amazing job and never stop being the way you are even if you become a higher up person because money can change people and sometimes our positions matter more than our humbleness and doing the right thing for a customer!!! “Very clean they greeted me as I walk in the door. They where fast and nice when taking my order even though it got busy they where nice and smile as they worked on my ordered. Thank you for a wonderful experience I enjoy the food as well.

Parking: There was enough space to park between cars and to be able to opean your door and get out with out a hassle.“

“Sandwich was fresh and tasty and made to my liking. However, customer service might be improved with a friendly greetimg and smile. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or asked for what I'd like. The young man just kind of blankly looked at me, expecting me to provide my order. Then, after paying for my meal the young lady just provided my food without a thank you or have a nice evening. Normally this wouldn't bother me but in a world where people expect friendly service, this is just the wrong attitude. The sandwich again was good. But Subway either needs to improve customer service training or pay their workers more as employee morale seems to be low 🤔“

Subway is the fresh, healthy food that you want to buy Once you walk in, you know that you're going to eat freshly baked on-site bread, as well as every single item that you put on your sandwich; the lettuce is fresh, the tomatoes are fresh you get to pick what you're going to put in your sandwich whether you like it toasted what kind of cheese you want in your sandwich, the dressing it's incredible and healthy, you can buy a sandwich for yourself, or you can buy a sandwich for your whole company, they have a sandwich that it's so huge it's for a party ask the manager, and they will make it for you.

“The young girl (do not care about her name) with the braces needs to be fired for her rude remarks. It's a shame that I have to stand being a target for being ridiculed/hazed for walking around the campus, but I expected better business than that. Another employee was just ringing up my food when he mistakenly addressed me as ”sir” by a mistake. When I happily left and wished them a happy rest of the day, she replied (with a smirk remark)to the kind gentleman that ringed up my food: ”you know that’s a man, right”. I'm more certain I am what my birth certificate says, I'm definitely not the other, or going through any transition of any sort. I can't help the condition I was given at birth, but she can due with more training so she’ll know what’s supposed to come out of her mouth.“
