Another location but looks like the same standard of customer service. Walk in with no line and no one behind me or in sight. Ask for a quesadilla and with the worst attitude possible she says that's for online orders only. First that makes no sense but regardless there are a dozen better ways to communicate this but it seems to be the standard at Chipotle to be beyond rude. They proceed to build me a disaster of a burrito that I don't even eat and ended up trashing it.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been to this location and have had my online orders mixed up or something missing several times. Every time I ask for things to get fixed or replace properly I’m met with complete hostility and rudeness. The manager (I assume) is never kind or apologetic for her or her staff mistakes.I’ve managed pizza restaurants and retail before and could never imagine speaking to customers the way this woman does.
