By far the worst customer service in any retail service store I have been to. Went in to pick up a cake, a worker named Chelsea was ranting and raving about a co-worker to the other co-workers. She walked past me standing in front of the cash register 3x, another co-worker came to finish the transaction, I asked to write “Happy Birthday” on the cake at which Chelsea turned and said “I don’t have time for that”....read full review

THEY NEVER MAKE MY DRINK CORRECTLY & WANNA SAY NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. THE WORKERS HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM ACCEPT OLDE LADY WORKING DRUVE THRU. SINCE WHEN DO U HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR WHIP CREAM ON A CAPPUCCINO BLAST, THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DRINK?
We always hope that this location gets better every time we try it again, but they always fail to please. Tonight, we tried the new tiger milk bubble tea. Ordered three cups. We were so excited for these, but when we tried it, there was a strong flavor of cinnamon. It tasted almost like a diluted horchata or cinnamon chai. Looking at the description of the Tiger milk tea on Baskin’s page, there is no mention of cinnamon whatsoever. So we thought to call this location to ask....read full review
