“I left this location (FM 2920) a while ago, and, I got to say, the conditions that the LC crew is working in are horrible. It was cooler OUTSIDE the store than inside, and it was 91 outside! I’m surprised nobody has experienced heat exhaustion. Maybe they have. Who owns or is in charge of this location? They really need to look into providing better ventilation and AC for their crew.“
“Update - Associate took care of us and replaced our order. And it was the good quality i usually recieve.
Previous - Been a long time since I've had a bad pizza here. I thought the issue was resolved due to how long I've been getting good ones
But today I see they had new workers there and I get pizza like this. Only half edible“
“If I could give this place 10 stars I would there’s a worker named Marcus, a tall lightskin black gentleman with long hair, who ALWAYS takes care of me. His customer service is phenomenal. He remembers me and greats me everytime. Makes sure the food is always fresh and treats every customer like family. He does an amazing job everytime I come. idk if he’s a manager or not but if not I need the manager to acknowledge his amazing service cause he alone got yall a loyal customer“
“We have been going to this location for a while now. If you’re ordering on the weekend, I definitely recommend ordering with the app a couple hours in advance in case they’re low on staff. Our order came out pretty late on a Friday but the flavor was on point. Have never been disappointed with the taste at this location!“
“Ignore the negative reviews! I had been craving their deep dish pizza for a while, but the negative reviews deterred me from ordering. I couldn’t contain my craving anymore and took a risk and I’m glad I did. It was just as good as I remembered and cooked to perfection! I ordered it around 6:30 PM on a Friday, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. They did forget the extra sauce I paid for, but refunded the difference. Give them a try again, it is worth it!
I’m going to order another one in a few minutes and see if 2nd time is a charm. 😁“
