Little Caesars in Spring

“came here last week and service was amazing! danielle greeted me and my little niece and gave her cookies before we even began ordering. i was ordering a hot and ready but then she told me about the fantastic 4 pizza deal little caesars was having and helped me customize it (i dont like jalapeños). we talked for a bit about our kiddos, movies, our plans for the week, and other basic small talk stuff but she was so incredibly kind and sweet. food came out in a timely manner (about 7-10 minutes) and twas very nummy. pizza and crazy bread were not over cooked or undercooked, they were just right. thank you danielle! i’ve never left a public review anywhere but you were fr so awesome and sweet :-))“

“I am going to give this location 4 stars but upper management get a negative 1. Who staffed this facility with all new people on this weekend 🤔. Both senior workers there all I know is when they leave work today are going to need a long shower and complete silence when the get home and I hope they get it. The girl was super nice like she always kept a great positive type demeanor. The male sent from a different location was direct which I respect but not rude. Neither of them lost there cool with me despite me having to go up through the drive through on 3 separate occasions then having to wait in my car. The female worker told me they dropped my first deep dish and had to re make it. When I got it looked like maybe they had dropped it again. Uneven and all which wasn't what upset me the most. What was most upsetting was seeing them having to deal with what they dealing with at the location right now. Minimal support in a rush trying to train new people.“

“Update - Associate took care of us and replaced our order. And it was the good quality i usually recieve.

Previous - Been a long time since I've had a bad pizza here. I thought the issue was resolved due to how long I've been getting good ones

But today I see they had new workers there and I get pizza like this. Only half edible“

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would there’s a worker named Marcus, a tall lightskin black gentleman with long hair, who ALWAYS takes care of me. His customer service is phenomenal. He remembers me and greats me everytime. Makes sure the food is always fresh and treats every customer like family. He does an amazing job everytime I come. idk if he’s a manager or not but if not I need the manager to acknowledge his amazing service cause he alone got yall a loyal customer“

“We have been going to this location for a while now. If you’re ordering on the weekend, I definitely recommend ordering with the app a couple hours in advance in case they’re low on staff. Our order came out pretty late on a Friday but the flavor was on point. Have never been disappointed with the taste at this location!“
