McDonald's in Spring

“been going here since I was a little kid. as far as McDonald's goes, it's about what you'd expect. The food's pretty good, sometimes they're slow but as an ex-fast food employee I get it. one time me (teen girl) and my friend (also teen girl) sat in the kids room because it was quieter, and the employee asked if we were pedophiles. your children are safe.“

“We met a friend and her children there. It got pretty busy. The play area is super clean. Our granddaughters enjoyed French Fries and some ice cream. All the kids had a great time.

Parking: Located in a nice area.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!“

“Best parking lot to sit in while you wait for the Durango Police to bring you your phone, that you left on a bench outside of one of the many cool downtown Durango stores, that was found by a citizen and given to an officer; who then answered it when your son called it hoping to hear it ring and find it inside the vehicle.

“Food is usually consistant and good, however, seems to be a wait, for no real reason at times. Pull up to 2nd window to get ur drink they say. Ok, but when they finally hand it to me, whipped cream has now 1/2 disappeared bcuz it was made but not served the whole time I waited. My perspective is the person that made it could have just handed it to me, couldn't they have? They chose to just set it there instead??? there was no issue? You all know we can see the difference right?So the reason I was meant to wait is bcuz they couldn't just take 2 sec. & open the window to hand it too me? You really that busy?3 people behind me received their full orders & I watched as they drove off while my 1 burger, 1 drink order sat at ur 2nd window, whipped cream melting? Please, finish my order before serving the people behind me? I was late as well now.We learned these type of things in kindergarten, didn't we? Bad form IMO“

“Even though the chicken nuggets are cloned, my kiddo loves them. I remember when we sprayed the chickens with the water hose so they would talk AB’s he started crying! Now he is all for eating em, cloned or not. I however will never eat another hot and spicy because they make me sick, every time.“

“Since companies don't care for anything under 5 stars. The employees are great, just probably overworked. Food is either seasoned well or haphazardly put together (I enjoy when the condiments are put evenly on my burger/sandwich instead of on one side.If you don't ask for ketchup you won't get any. There's been only one time when they forgot something to my order, but they handled it when I brought it up (couldn't go back at the time so I called)Would I visit again? “Placed an online order for pick up the drive through line was very long but they handled everything smoothly my only issue was my fries was cold but the nuggets wasn’t I assumed the fries would be hot because it’s a basket of them if your reading this utilizes the app I don’t eat McDonald’s that often but when I do it’s usually a deal on there thats hard to ignore“

“There was a very rude manager in a purple shirt. Dennis came and apologized for how she treated me he brought the food to our table and was very kind. As a manager myself he is definitely someone I would want in my store I hope his managers know what an asset he is“

“We came late at night and they were SUPER friendly. We ordered a large amount with a lot of variety and they were so kind and not to mention fast. Their shamrock shake was very good. All of our changes to our burgers were correct. Over all, they staff did a fantastic job and deserve a lot of recognition. 2/1/24 ≈ 12:10“

“Listen let's get real depending on what time of day you go?? Y'all know people are stupid!! They have a great staff. Coffee usually hot. Not the hottest, but y'all know people sue if they ask for hot coffee then spill it. I love the 1.49 chikn sandwich. Listen they need take the chikn off the biscuit and or also consider adding chikn to the English muffin. It's to die for . Add cheese. Just my creation.“
