“Great staff! On 9/30 at 2:45pm the staff dealt with a very rude woman. She was wanting them to customize her meal and have it cooked a certain way, which I’m shocked they entertained for her. But when it took longer than she liked, she was snappy and rude. The staff never became unprofessional and dealt with her phenomenally. Kudos to this staff today.“
“We came in about an hour before closing and asked to order two full family meals, something most Panda Express locations typically won’t accommodate that late. But this store was different, and the experience was truly outstanding!
Dane, the general manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He told us, “We’re here to serve you,” and meant it. Not only did they happily make everything fresh for us, but Dane even made a new batch of lemonade just because it had run out. That kind of care is rare!
Alberto and David prepared and packed our food with smiles and great energy. The store was clean, and the whole staff was so friendly.
