I'm not usually one to complain, but I went to Panda Express for lunch and the service was just okay. I waited in the drive-thru for a few minutes before they took my order. When I got to the window, there were a bunch of employees hanging out, chatting, laughing, and on their phones. One of them was handling money at the register, then went to the food bar to prepare food without gloves. After she prepped a plate and a side of meat, the side box fell on the floor. It's Panda, you're going to get some decent food, quickly. My server was very welcoming and helped me navigate the options.
I've been here multiple times and find it's a great location. Mari was outstanding and provided really good customer service today. Recommend.
