Subway in Spring

“Best in the area… every time I get good service and proper portions. No complaints at all. Way way better than subway across from Klein which is closer to me and is probably the worse in the area IMO. I drive the extra distance to go to this one and avoid the Klein location. Keep it up ?“

“One of the Best Subways I have ever been.. the lady working here is knowing her customers and call them my friend.. she walked out from behind the counter to my table and gave me a small candy and said to me " welcome to the neighborhood" !! I will come more often here.“

“Lots has changed about Subway recently. They seem to have “upgraded” their meat/ingredients and portions are a little bigger. Their pieces have also gone up. Use the online coupons. I had a decent sub and the springs were generous when in asked for extra. Good flavor, but nothing like a “real” deli sub. Ib was presently supposed as in haven’t been to a Subway in ages, was craving a sub and this was the only place close. Will go back! I have it 4 stars, but it is really 3 1/2 as fade as subs go.“

“My husband picked up our order last night, and we noticed that one of the wraps was a half instead of a full foot-long. I went back to have it corrected, and Louis was incredibly helpful and apologized for the oversight. He resolved the issue and even included a churro to make up for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!“

“As dated reviews on old-management from 2 years ago portray this location under a bad light, I found my experience here very pleasant. The food was as expected for Subway, which if anything, is a compliment for the variability of different Subway chains. Overall it was a nice, convenient place to stop by for a sandwich.“

“Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!“

Footlong Philly Cheesesteak ($9.69) for a total of $12.55 with the coupon (the Beast is a bit more expensive bc it has 1/2 lb meat) I was very pleased to see they have expanded their menu options as well

Pictured is half of my sandwich. It's pretty tasty . I added garlic aoli, Italian cheese bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and pickles.

They may not always have the coupon but the footlong is so big I could easily split it between two people
(The cheese steak, was not as full but MIL said it was yummy and she's full as well after eating only half of it)

We ordered online and everything was made exactly as ordered and ready for pickup when we walked in the door“

“I accidentally locked myself out of my truck going to get a subway sandwich meal. I called AAA as everyone should have and went in and explained my situation and figured I could eat while the AAA guy arrived. The guys were awesome and comped me a meal which I paid extra when I got my wallet out of my truck. Love the food and thanks again for helping me out.“

“Love my subway, this particular location is a good one as far as making the sandwiches quick and correctly their awesome only negative thing is that this location has had a habit of running out of certain items for particular sandwiches at times but they will take the extra step by offering substitutions for missing items. Overall I enjoy my experiences here.“
