Subway in Spring

“Never had a sandwich look more like the commercial!! Thank you for those beautiful older ladies for making my sandwiches. I was just starting to get the ick from Subway the way the one on Kuykendahl and W Rayford has been but this reminded me how much I love Subway“

“Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!“

“Why is there only 1 employee on a Saturday night at 10pm?? Norman was fast & efficient & had a great attitude despite being busy. This kid deserves a raise!! He greeted me as soon as I walked in & said he would be right with me. (There were 2 people ahead of me & he was backed up with pick-up orders/door dash) I am a bartender & I know all too well how impatient people can be especially when it's busy & orders keep pilling in. Norman was fast & his attitude was 5 stars. He made my experience great! Watch out Subway...... I might have to offer him a job as a barback. He really is a great employee & y'all are lucky to have him.“

“One of the Best Subways I have ever been.. the lady working here is knowing her customers and call them my friend.. she walked out from behind the counter to my table and gave me a small candy and said to me " welcome to the neighborhood" !! I will come more often here.“

“Lots has changed about Subway recently. They seem to have “upgraded” their meat/ingredients and portions are a little bigger. Their pieces have also gone up. Use the online coupons. I had a decent sub and the springs were generous when in asked for extra. Good flavor, but nothing like a “real” deli sub. Ib was presently supposed as in haven’t been to a Subway in ages, was craving a sub and this was the only place close. Will go back! I have it 4 stars, but it is really 3 1/2 as fade as subs go.“

“I truly love eating out here, but something that does concern me is the way the workers use their gloves to touch multiple things. As someone who can’t have pork in my food, I would preferably appreciate it if all the meats used tongs. It’s not oka disgusted manner but it also seems genuinely more better, when you thing about it as people who can’t have pork, whenever they use gloves they do change it but when doing orders they touch pork and all and then with the same gloves they touch the vegetables which contaminates it all. I hope they can take this into consideration!“

“Carlos was amazing! I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s fast, friendly, and really takes pride in making sandwiches just the way you want them. You can tell he cares about the customers and the quality of the food. People like Carlos are the reason I keep coming back—he definitely makes this location stand out!“

“Manager and Employee helped with my order. They have a very clean atmosphere. The smell of fresh bread hits the air as I walked into the building. The service was quick with great quality. The cookies I had to try they are freshly baked! When I tasted my sandwich the ingredients were so fresh and nicely put. From beginning to end the sandwich was made with love.“

“The guy working didn't just throw the ingredients on some bread and hand it over. Which was surprising because he is younger. The sandwich was well put together and didn't fall apart at all while eating it. A lot of times it can become a big mess and almost a hassle to eat without making a mess. Not this time tho. Thanks guy!“

“Ohhhhh my wowzaaaaa!! The young employee named Luis, is amazing! I was having trouble ordering off the menu and asked if they could wait, and pleasantly he said yes and he even avoided eye contact to make the situation more comfortable I think, and when I said I was ready, he was full on ready and ran through easily without any complications. He was able to recall specific prices, and multitask with other costumers. Awesome work“

“Me and my wife visited this location after leaving the location we were at bc they were closed but said open online, However we made it in a drop of a dime before closing. We actually felt bad for coming so late close to closing but the two customers service rep that where working were extremely nice & food was fresh don’t know they names but the date was 5/23/23 @ 9:51p.m. Great job and customer service.“

“I accidentally locked myself out of my truck going to get a subway sandwich meal. I called AAA as everyone should have and went in and explained my situation and figured I could eat while the AAA guy arrived. The guys were awesome and comped me a meal which I paid extra when I got my wallet out of my truck. Love the food and thanks again for helping me out.“

“Highly recommend! Great customer service! Safe area enough parking. Very clean and good food. Bread always fresh the 3 or 4 times I been there lately. Get the subway app and you good get deals. Ft long bogo last time I was there but you have to order through the app. Pickup in store but we ate there okay to do.. App was very easy.“

“Love my subway, this particular location is a good one as far as making the sandwiches quick and correctly their awesome only negative thing is that this location has had a habit of running out of certain items for particular sandwiches at times but they will take the extra step by offering substitutions for missing items. Overall I enjoy my experiences here.“

I’m never disappointed when I visit this Subway. If you’re looking to eat fresh at a low cost, this is the place.
