Not trying to be a Karen but don’t have things in the menu that you’re not going to sale . I wanted a cheese pretzel and she tried to sale me a regular pretzel with cheese sauce ....... totally not the same . And then she said it would take 15-20 minutes . I know it doesn’t take that long to make one pretzel , at least deerbrook location is more professional and has their stuff together, it only takes them 7 minutes . Worst customer service ever. First time trying wetzel’s pretzel and it definitely will be the last one. Both cashiers were extremely rude, they both were laughing and making jokes on the way how we talk, this could be even considered as a racist manifestation. Very upset, disappointed and I was wondering how this kind of behavior are still part of our society. Totally unacceptable.
