I brought my sweet foster with me and she is tremendously shy of new places, but the ladies made sure she had a bowl of water. Literally the moment we sat down they brought a water bowl for her.

“Cellar 24 is a small intimate location to have boutique wines and small bites. The owner Shelli is a level 2 sommelier who hand picks the wines including the wine club selections each month. Taco Tuesday is a fun way to relax starting with a glass of wine and chips and homemade salsa. Then dive into homemade tacos where u can mix and match your favorite 3 types of tacos. Wednesdays and Thursdays are a great time to sample new wines and have small bites and are often quieter than Tuesdays. Live music on Fridays is a great way to relax. Shelli has several good choices of wine by the glass. If going as a group she can guide you to a bottle you will love. Once she knows the wines you enjoy she can offer new wines based on their varietal and tasting notes. If you’re lucky you will even meet Maverick and Charlie the beautiful Goldens that come to visit and greet all newcomers at the door.“

If you're into the H-town craft beer scene and dig IPAs (like basically every beer bro on the planet) then you've likely heard of Spindle Tap brewery and know Houston Haze (if not, check it out, HEB has it in cans in the Houston area). Man this stuff is dank on draft, it's so Hazy that you can watch it swim around in the glass like the nitrogen settling in a Guinness. I discovered it about 20 min before boarding and had a couple big ones. Pounded, not regretted!! Keep that stuff on tap and I'll stop by everytime in terminal D. Get some!“

“The fish dish is the best both the presentation and the flavor. The drunken used different type of noodles compared to other Thai restaurants I had this dish before. The flavor is good though. The pork basil is kind of plain and watery. The service is very slow. Don’t recommend if you try to finish your lunch within 1 hour.“

This is not something either of us would typically order it was recommended by someone my husband worked with. I couldn’t imagine getting anything else there after I’ve tried it. My first time I had the beef short ribs. Also very good, but the wild bore is fabulous.“
