“We went there for the first time, last night. Our old friend, A.J., just happened to be there, and is working for the company that owns The Audrey! We met A.J. at Pappasitos (Airtex), many years ago, before we were even married! When we saw A.J. (specialist in training and building excellence) it was then we knew we were in a great spot. The food, service, and atmosphere, were exceptional. I had the seabass and my husband had a steak. Gavin, our server, was on point, and A.J. even sent out a complimentary appetizer! “Absolutely delicious. This was our first time to this location and we throughly enjoyed it. Both of us had the Wild Boar Bolognese and couldn’t get enough. This is not something either of us would typically order it was recommended by someone my husband worked with. I couldn’t imagine getting anything else there after I’ve tried it. My first time I had the beef short ribs. Also very good, but the wild bore is fabulous.“

But having someone like him as the first point of contact seriously damages the experience. There is absolutely no reason for a person with that attitude to be the face of your restaurant.“
