I was getting my car fixed next door @RinconCar, a/c stop working this past Friday. I went over for a burger & DAMN that was a good burger. The fries and onion rings were cooked to perfection. 🤤 I got no pictures kuz ya boi was hungry. Got me a double cheeseburger.“

“By far one of the best ice cream shops in DFW. The owners are some of the kindest people I know and take pride in what they give to the community. How good is the ice cream? - While my son was potty training we would use sweet pearls ice cream as his reward for going a whole week without any accidents, he was trained in 2 months. - I drove from Princeton every weekend just to go here. (40 min) - I am willing to walk in an outlet mall, in Augusts 95+ heat, WHILE 9 months pregnant, WITH a 4 year old to get said amazing ice cream.“

“Awesome location with an awesome staff! I was sad when Dairy Queen went out of business in this area, but now I’m very happy because it allowed me to try this place and I have grown to love Braums very much.

But this location in particular is just very well ran and has very sweet and personable employees working for them. Thank y’all very much for a great experience every time I go.

“her treats are amazing! Although I would say some of her stuff is a bit pricey. I'm a frequent flyer but notice how much damage ive been doing to my wallet as of lately haha! We usually come for the drinks and you're looking at spending $10 for one drink. Daisy treats are a solid 10 but not the cheapest!“

So I went back on today and got the same order. This Braums has redeemed itself! Manager is awesome, staff was helpful, good was hot and fresh, and nothing wrong with my food or drink. 💯

I'm a patient and forgiving person. I enjoy the coke and fries at Braums . However on this visit. My hubby grabbed a bag of burgers with cheese. And a large coke.
He gets home. 4 burgers (confirmed he did not eat one) 2 have no cheese and a large DISGUSTING DIET COKE.
I go there for a coke, not a artificial aspartame soda.
Each time, we either get parked (nearly always) the wrong items or missing food. And if they park us, they put the fries in a sack and by the time we get the ok there food ... They are cold and nasty.
I guess I say all this to say, I've called, no one answers. I was very ill today and my hubby was trying to surprise me. Now I look ungrateful because the 17-18 manager who is usually working is careless.
There's a Braums on Broadway in Garland. They can have my business, y'all can't get things right and I'm just done.
Probably overreacting a little but when he brought me what I thought was a coke, now I can't drink it. I look like the bad guy.

“This hot weather has been sends us here and seeing the lines until 10pm im guessing its not just my family lol, the customer service is nice and of course Braum's raised our children and still they never get tired of it no matter how old they get delicious ice-cream.“

“Top notch quality. Only issue is the overall cost...$17.50 for one bowl after I only added a single scoop of protein. That is my only reason for 4 stars. As you go down the customization options there's even a charge to split your order into 2 bowls. What?!“

“The place is clean, the employee not very helpful considering we asked many questions indicating it was our first visit. I did not see pricing signs anywhere. A few of the machines were not working. The yogurt was very good. The bowls are too large encouraging over indulging and increasing the cost. Expensive!“
