“Don't go there - their consistently friendly service and super yummy treats will just form a habit that you won't be able to kick. Stick with the fake ice cream like substance that McD's sells. You should be safe, then... if you survive.

But, if you're going to ignore my warning and go, anyway, grab the app and sign up for rewards and specials. The periodic feeling of accomplishment helps to suppress the feeling that maybe you shouldn't be having more than one treat per day. But, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

Andy's is a local chain selling these devilishly good treats. They seem to be located mostly North in the Dallas/Frisco area. But there are a few exceptions a little further South - closer to Dallas. I used to make a point to visit Andy's whenever I was in the Frisco area. But, then they opened this one right in Allen near my work! Nooo! I had self-control until then. Oh well, there's no fighting it. Maybe I'll explore some of the other options.

So I went back on today and got the same order. This Braums has redeemed itself! Manager is awesome, staff was helpful, good was hot and fresh, and nothing wrong with my food or drink. 💯

I'm a patient and forgiving person. I enjoy the coke and fries at Braums . However on this visit. My hubby grabbed a bag of burgers with cheese. And a large coke.
He gets home. 4 burgers (confirmed he did not eat one) 2 have no cheese and a large DISGUSTING DIET COKE.
I go there for a coke, not a artificial aspartame soda.
Each time, we either get parked (nearly always) the wrong items or missing food. And if they park us, they put the fries in a sack and by the time we get the ok there food ... They are cold and nasty.
I guess I say all this to say, I've called, no one answers. I was very ill today and my hubby was trying to surprise me. Now I look ungrateful because the 17-18 manager who is usually working is careless.
There's a Braums on Broadway in Garland. They can have my business, y'all can't get things right and I'm just done.
Probably overreacting a little but when he brought me what I thought was a coke, now I can't drink it. I look like the bad guy.

“The Tres Leches is one of the best items on the menu. It’s so moist, light, and the whipped cream with cinnamon tops off the flavor in the cake. I would go to Crumbl just to get that or whatever looks good on the weekly menu. Definitely recommend this place to others.“
