“People are nice in there. 1 order was wrong my husband went back and they fixed it right away. So I'll say that customer service is good! My husband and I both had a classic philly cheese steak combo, and we both liked it. Philly steak portions were good. My son had 76ers but it was a small burger. 3 meals, $56. We're satisfied with our experience overall.“

“I love this particular Charley’s!! They food tastes great, they are friendly and my food comes as I expect it. I have tried other Charley’s in the area and back in Chicagoland area and this is my favorite!! Came in today and DeMarcus made today a great experience, very friendly, ensured food was correct and when people have great service it makes you want to come back time and time again and spend your money. Wish more places understood that concept.“

“Thanks for making my order even thou I scheduled it for a hour ahead 🙃. Forgot what time it was and send order for pick up at 11:45 instead of 10:45. Very nice ppl and good communication on helping me. I was already going to cancel but they told me to give them a few min to make my order. Within 10 min I was in and out.
