“The food was great…after the lady at the drive thru window confirmed that I had placed a mobile order. Only minutes before driving up, I placed the order online and then joined the drive thru lane. The outside attendant confirmed and told me to pull around to the window. I don’t understand why is it that when I got there, I was told I hadn’t placed one???
It was as simple as me showing her the order on my phone to get things sorted out but why go through that!
