The coffee and chai she sells has natural properties that are supposed to be instant and as a person with heartburn and gut issues I felt great right after I finished my serving of iced spiced cacao. “I came To Paddy's Pointe , hoping to find help for my diabetes ,blood pressure, peripheral neuropathy and Osteoarthritis (I had daily chronic unbearable pain for 15 years after several car accidents due to drunk drivers). The store itself has a really welcoming, laid-back vibe. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they make you feel like your wellness really matters.“

“They didn't make my order. Said they couldn't make the sandwich after saying they were working on the order. I had waited a half hour before even being told. They had said they were working on my order when I got there. I asked for reimbursement since the sandwich couldn't be made. They hadn't even started the smoothie and I had to get to an appointment. They said couldn't reimburse me because I ordered online. I called customer service who told me all they can do is submit a claim. This was two weeks ago and customer service still says there's nothing they can do. They have done what they can. I find it unethical that tropical smoothie doesn't have a way to pay back people who order online if the order can't be fulfilled. How long does one have to wait for whomever to decide if I'm telling the truth? Knowing that there are no guarantees on getting our money back when ordering online is disappointing and I think it's unethical to keep my money. I will never eat tropical smoothie again because there are no guarantees or protection for the consumer or their money.“

We ordered the passion fruit agua fresca and the guava—both were excellent. Cold, fresh, and not overly sweet. You could really taste the fruit, and they hit the spot perfectly on a hot Houston day. Service was quick, even with a few people ahead of us. No long wait, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

“The parking lot and the store were easy to get to. When we entered, my husband and I weren’t greeted. There is a plentiful selection of various Filipino baked goods, like ensaymada and Ube treats. You can also order milkshakes, fruit drinks, and coffee. There is outdoor seating. The place was packed, which tells you it is really good. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Ube brownies, which had a rich flavor. We were served fast - in and out in ten minutes. Since a lot of people were at the bakery, there wasn’t much room to walk. There is no restroom, so keep that in mind. You may also want to do some research on Filipino baked goods before coming here (if you’ve never had them before), as there are no explanations on the signs. Overall score: A-“

“This place has potential. The acai base was very good, but the toppings (almonds and granola) were not fresh. Also, it's quite expensive. $1 per topping?? I've seen another model where you pay a flat amount and get as many toppings as you want. I love acai but have to decide how often I'm willing to pay $16 for a bowl. I don't pay that much for a meal at a fast food restaurant. The young man that helped me was nice enough, but was super unenthusiastic about being there.“

“Amazing location and staff. I’m still fairly new to DB’s, but I tried the new Cookie Butter Latte Iced and was notttt disappointed. I’m a baker, so flavors are a big must when it comes to sweets. I absolutely love cookie butter, with Lotus being my fav and this was very similar to their very own if not the same. I went on Friday and again on Saturday, but took my daughter and niece with me. My daughter loves the Picture Perfect and my niece tried them for the first time, getting the birthday cake shake. I will be frequenting here more often now that I live down the street!“
