Great place to unwind, to forget about everything except for this moment of having fun. What can be better than that?
There are not many places that provide that experience
They open at 11 am, cool. But … Terrible customer service & the concessions for the kids were not open at 11:45am. Under staffed and poorly managed. Will not be returning.
Did a birthday party there, not a very good experience, hostess where new and sometimes didn’t seem to be sure of what they were doing, some of the presents got mixed up with the other party and that took a while to sort out.
They didn’t gave us the balloons and other stuff that was part of the package, and on too of that you have to pay a tip that was never informed to us.
Party ended up costing 200$ more than what they told us, we didn’t get everything that was...read full review
