“I ordered tater skins, the potato was not done (more on the hard side), skin and ends were burnt crispy. I scraped enough off of all of them to enjoy the cheese and bacon bits. The service was OK, but when I asked for a drink refill, a table cleaner picked up my cup with two finger inside the cup, and then walked drink back to me holding it on the top with my straws in his hands. Mind you he was clearing off peoples tables with no gloves on and then stuck his dirty fingers inside in drink cup. GROSS... No signage as to where to go to be seated, and we were asked to move from the large table we were at, because we did not check in for that table. This was our first time being here, and this was for a SB tournament and I understand they were extremely busy but the rudeness and unprofessional workers was uncalled for. On a better note, my husband liked the fish platter.“

“I do not normally do this but David completely changed my view of BWW’s. After past visits that made me not want to come back, the service my group received tonight was fantastic. David gave us fast, friendly service and kept checking on us periodically throughout the night even when the food was taking a little bit longer than normal. His energy was very high and he made our entire table laugh multiple times through our dinner. If you come here I suggest asking for David as your server.“
