Placed an online order for a single hot and ready. Arrived 5 minutes after the pick up time. Was told 1-2 minutes but ended up waiting almost an extra 30 minutes. I watched as multiple customers came in and gave up and left because nobody was watching the register. I wish this was a one time experience but it’s consistently slow.
Regularly has no “hot and readys” actually ready. Half the time the pizza is undercooked. Went in to order a pizza today and the only person working the counter was on the phone for at least ten minutes trying to process a refund. Recommend trying either the Belton little caesars or any other pizza place.

Hot n'Ready... more like never ready. Food is edible when it is ready but seems like there's always a wait at this location.Even when you order ahead of time. Have had to wait for over 30 minutes that was ordered 30 minutes prior to arrival. Obviously whoever owns this location doesn't care about customer service at all.
