no so poor no enough tvs. place so sad no music feel dead......have signs like no place should be remove put more TVs. more games ..this place need life..
We used the payment terminal at the table it charged my card twice.
I showed the server, she said not to worry about it, It wouldn’t go through.
it indeed, did go through and management would not do anything about it when I discovered that it had indeed charged my card twice and called to the restaurant.
Manager I spoke with blamed me for not asking a manager- NOT a good policy. Wait staff should know to tell the customer to ask for a manager.
Next time I eat at chilli's I'll make sure to have Cash to pay. And not to be forced to give tip when you pay with credit .
