Came from Michigan and was not disappointed!!!
Best Mexican food with authentic central Mexico flavor we’ve had since living in Guadalajara.
Service was fast and the atmosphere felt warm and home-like.
I had birria empanadas, he had pastor street tacos. All seasoned great including the rice and beans. The street tacos came with 2 specialty sauces packed with flavor without the heat.
The cheesecake was also perfect.

Overall solid good. Not too busy when we got there so no wait and got our food quick. Chips and salsa were good though nothing amazing. My husband said birria tacos were good though again not amazing. My Maxx bowl was quite a bit larger than I expected and I'd say very good with mixed fajita meat and jalapeno avocado dressing. We also got the street corn as I cannot resist trying it whenever possible but I'd pass on this here as it wasn't on the cob as stated in the menu. It was...read full review

Based on the reviews, Rosa's Mexican Cocina offers outstanding food, service, and experience. The food is consistently good with fresh tortillas and a salsa bar. The staff is friendly and service is fast. The restaurant is clean and welcoming with a great vibe. There is plenty of room and a bar, with seating outside. There is no long wait and customers are quickly seated. The restaurant also caters events, with great food and perfect quantity for large groups. Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, Rosa's delivers a solid meal.
