“Stopped by Hard Eight this weekend. By far the best BBQ I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who has lived in the Southern East coast. Variety of different meats, pretty expensive but absolutely worth every penny. We purchased the brisket, ribeye, jalapeño and cheese sausage and sirloin. All was extremely juicy and not over cooked. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back!“

“Great view from the patio of the lake. The beers were cold. The Bourbon Glaze Salmon was great. I liked the mash potatoes as a side. The seasonal vegetables were good but too many carrots. Next time I would try a different side. My wife got the burger. The bun was fresh and flavorful but the burger was a bit dry. She did like the ranch dressing that came with the side salad.“

Atmosphere was a regular restaurant - TV screens, but no special view or romantic or something that makes it more than average, and not looking for something special. He was cutting up the meat so I know it was fresh, potatoe was huge, the right amount of sour cream chives and the brisket was soooo good. Food wasn't stopped together, was perfect.
