A wonderful and intelligent young man. The food was exxellent, absolutely the best Hot & Sour soup, Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef and.Honey Seared Shrimp. David surprised us with a slice of the Great Wall of Chocolate and made the night complete.“

“So this place was really good, I grew up on BBQ so I typically don’t eat it out but this Asian fusion was very nice twist. We ordered the brisket and it was a small portion for the price and it was cold to the touch! my bf is very non confrontational so he just ate it. Tbh it was nothing crazy, tender and a strong Smokey flavor. The chicken karaage was delicious, the combination of ginger, basil and cilantro with it was just *chefs kiss* we tried the sweet corn fritters and sent them back but they are very popular just neither one of us enjoyed them. We also grabbed the rice noodles and oh my gosh they were go amazing. It’s a cold noodles and topped with fresh cilantro and just the right amount of heat and so good. The last side we shared was the Caesar salad, it was not good. I’m a salad lover and Caesar is my favorite, the lettuce was old, wilted and not that nice crisp fresh bite. But eh the stuff that was good was really good, I’d go again for sure.“

“I’ve been coming to LA Burger for years because it consistently delivers some of the best fast casual burgers around. They come straight off the grill hot, juicy, and so good that I’ve never dared try takeout.

The LA Burger is my usual go-to, while the K Town Burger is another solid pick. And K-Style sides, whether fries, onion rings, or tots, add the perfect cheesy finish.“

The kids got a big kick out of sitting on floor pillows for dinner. The menu is extensive with Korean and Japanese items — including hibachi and sushi! Everything is reasonably priced and is meant to be a fast casual dine-in or takeout spot. So Carrollton folks — if you find yourself going to Sushi Kadan or another neighborhood joint — try this one out too! We have another spot for a tasty and healthy dinner. Kid friendly too! “If I could give Zaap Thai Kitchen more than 5 stars, I would. Everything I’ve eaten here has been consistently so flavorful and authentic.

I love their Pad Thai - perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and always hits. I’m also obsessed with all of their curries. I’ve tried recreating them at home so many times and can never get the depth of flavor right. Theirs just has that rich, creamy, restaurant-quality taste you can’t replicate.

Their Tom Yum soup is another favorite - super aromatic. And the Laos papaya salad is a must if you like bold, punchy flavors.

My only small gripe is that portion sizes can be a little inconsistent depending on the day. But honestly, the flavor makes up for it every time.

Overall, this is omy favorite Thai spot in DFW. Everything on the menu is packed with flavor and worth trying.“

“My family of 5 have been ordering from here for years. This is a restaurant where all 3 of my picky children can find something and not complain. My teen loves all their sushi and tries something new every time we go. My 8 year old son gets the salmon and has proclaimed it’s “the best salmon ever” every time. You get 2 fillets which is a huge portion! He even picked it for his family birthday dinner. I love their shaken fillet and chicken which is basically the hibachi. The portions are giant! My husband randomly DoorDash’s their chicken friend rice he likes it so much. It is pricey but well worth it for the amount of food. The atmosphere is really nice and would be a great place for a date night or to take work clients. The owners are wonderful! Highly recommended giving it a try!“

“As a vegetarian, I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki bowl. It came with an egg which some vegetarians eat (myself). It has brown rice and vegetables. I enjoyed the food. I don't understand why some people complain that the egg is tasteless. It tastes like egg to me that's been cooked well done. I enjoyed the food here. It's a bit expensive, but they give you a large portion size. Enough for two meals in fact if you are not an overly obese person. The tofu was of good quality. And there's a lot of it.“

“Bay Leaf Garden is one of the best spots for authentic Kerala food in the DFW area. Everything tasted fresh, well-spiced, and true to South Indian flavors.

The aviyal was excellent — balanced coconut flavor, perfectly cooked vegetables, and not overly heavy. The beef fry was outstanding: tender, deeply spiced, and clearly cooked with care. The chili chicken had great heat and flavor without being greasy, and the porotta was soft, flaky, and exactly how it should be — perfect for pairing with the curries and fry.

You can tell this is food made for people who actually know Kerala cuisine, not toned down or generic. Portions were solid and the flavors really stood out.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for real Kerala-style food rather than standard Indian restaurant fare. This is my go to for anytime I am craving Kerala food.“
