Atmosphere is great. Chill. Ambient human energy and odd blend of newness built from scrap history. The sours are very average, mostly due to the process. The base weisse is not sour enough and the fruit flavors are generic - like the fruit flavors you find in candy. Because of this, the effect comes off as gimmicky and not very memorable. Interesting approach to sours, using the same sour base and then adding a wide variety of flavors during the second fermentation stage. Beer quality was good and you are bound to discover a sour that suits your tastes.

I'm a sour girl and this place hit the spot! They had plenty of options I ended up with the mango sour which came with a tajin rim and I loved that. Everyone said try the pickle michelada, but I kind of forgot, so definitely going back for that. The brewery opens up to the truck yard which has plenty of outdoor seating, live music, actual food truck options and fire pits for when it's cooler out. Definitely great place to hang out for the day/evening.
