We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. “This is the best gluten free bakery in the north Dallas area that I have found for cupcakes. I love how they are not too sweet, super moist and every time I take a bite, I melt into heaven. I particularly love the lemon, strawberry and coconut one..I believe they use coconut flour and everything unrefined. They have dairy and dairy free options. The only thing I wish they used more of is coconut sugar, they only have cookies made with coconut sugar. However, if you are okay with organic cane sugar, their gluten free cupcakes are super amazing and I always leave wishing I bought one more“
