Today I decided I didn't want to cook. I ordered the pot pie. I ate a little bit and choked on a large chicken bone. I tried reaching customer service via the website and could not get anything but AI.
This is inexcusable. How careless a bone this large wasn't discovered.
I just left Kentucky fried Chicken in Niagara Falls New York. I had a great experience people were friendly just very outgoing I couldn't have asked for better people to wait on me! and Diane was extremely helpful and she needs raise!
Good was good other than being a little too salty

This location is incredibly efficient and very clean. The drive-through is fast and the dine in experience is even better with great food and great service. The restaurant is rarely busy, making it a reliable choice for a quick and easy meal. The food tasted great and was served quickly, living up to the old KFC standard.
