“It's got tiki decorations and yummy drinks, but they're mostly on draft and so it's not really the full tiki bar experience some enthusiasts would maybe expect (certain ingredients, fire, fancy cups, etc). The atmosphere is super cute though, and I was happy with the service. Worth checking out if you're a local or already wandering the truck yard“

“The variety & quality of food presentations very impressive. It would have been helpful, however, to know in advance what was being served (& where with multiple stations spread over a huge ballroom) or at least a menu/directory upon arrival! Or even signage at each station that was larger than 8.5” x 11” on pale paper/ink. Alcohol was the biggest problem. NO notice before that the bar is CASH ONLY/NO Credit Card!! AND no room charge available if staying at the resort. Serious mistake here. All this beautiful food with no wine etc unless you happened to bring wads of cash for $17/glass + a tip. CHANGE THIS! The eggs benie over crabcake were sublime as was the prime rib. Sushi rolls were a nice touch, too. Outstanding Experience other than figuring out how to weed thru everything presented & needing CASH to order a drink.“

“We dined in January 10…Had a wonderful experience here from start to finish.
We were greeted by the lovely hosts and their sweet smiles!
Sofia, was incredibly sweet…she got us checked in and seated almost immediately which made us feel welcomed right away. She walked us over to our table and congratulated my guest for their birthday!!
We were seated in a separate room by the entrance, which we loved!!! We had a perfect view of the main dining room, not too loud, we still got to enjoy the live band from afar!
Quickly after being sat we were greeted by our server assistant (I believe his name was Anthony, if I’m remembering correctly), who offered us water and brought out bread! Delicious by the way!! He was amazing about keeping our waters refilled at all times and getting plates out of our way!!
I will say props to him! Even though the room was pretty full he seemed to be handling it all on his own!
Right after, our waitress, Sophie, greeted us!! She was fantastic!!! Very friendly, polite, and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and checked in at all the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. We will be back and will request her!! She was phenomenal!

In addition, the managers Wendy and Steff were very present, which really elevated the experience. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. We felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

“Staying a couple nights for work at the Nylo. First visit to the Loft they were busy and waited way too long to even be acknowledged. Second night was slower and delighted by the service I received by Jonathan. Topped off by one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Thanks to Tommy and Richard. “My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“
