“Yesterday after taking my boys to soccer practice, we stopped by the Frisco Market Center location (5252 Main St Suite 120). Right away, the front staff stood out — super polite and really attentive. The tall guy at the register noticed when I asked about a stain on our cup; he offered to replace it, but I said it was fine. The fact that he acknowledged it was all I cared about.

The best part came after lunch. My three kids wanted to try the new cinnamon sugar pita chips with honey. We ordered a batch, but they tasted a little stale. We didn’t complain; yet another staff member (I remember he had ear loops) came over, apologized, and surprised us with a freshly cooked order. That gesture meant a lot — we hadn’t even said anything out loud!

It’s small moments like these that make me want to keep coming back. The food is great, but the staff is the real reason. Please keep up the good work finding such thoughtful employees!“

“Food is ok, people come mostly for the ambience. The valet parking is a put off personally, it's pretentious and trying to create an exclusive fee,l but its reaching tbh, rather than focusing on being a nice place to go eat and gather with friends with good food they are trying to create something most bigh end restaurants dont even do. There is plenty of parking spaces but they force valet on you. 😅“

“I had a promo offer to try out some restaurants in Plano and my wife and I decided to try out the Spitz. We came for a very late lunch and we came away very impressed with the quality of the wraps, the French fries and especially the fried pita side. The staff was very patient as it was our first time here and we really enjoyed the food and the restaurant atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try out more.“

“There is a menu on the wall, but you order and the food is prepared buffet-style. It is not as fancy as having a waitperson come to your table, but it is perhaps faster, and it is WAY easier to customize your order and get exactly what you want.

Very kind and respectful people. The artworks amd the paintings on the walla and tables takes you to the heart of Persian culture. Really nice paintings and decoration!

The restaurant itself is slightly off down town but the taste of their food really worth it! You can also order with delivery options like doordash and stuff!

You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. “Ohmygosh what a delicious meal. Excellent service without the exorbitant prices. We arrived around 7 PM. The restaurant was bare with the exception of us. What we didn’t realize is the restaurant was under renovation. However we were accommodated anyway. The service was exceptional tending to our every need. I believe it would not have mattered if the restaurant was full, we would have been treated with the same treatment. It certainly is a place I would visit again and again.

The food was authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Delicious in every sense. I had the gyro platter. As I write this, I’m still reminiscing about the flavors. My date had the lamb. If course I tried his food. I will definitely try the lamb on my next visit.

Although the restaurant is under renovation, they provide delivery and take out service. If in the area, please stop in and give them a try. It is worth the while“

“My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“
