I ordered delivery for lunch directly from panera website and there ended up being a MAJOR issue with the person who was delivering(Doordash). Not only did they hang up on me and then ignore my calls back. They put our food on a bench somewhere that i didnt recognize around where I work? I ordered at 11:30. I come through the drive through at this location about once a month. My visit on Monday March 21 was extremely pleasant due to Jerry M. working at the window. The menu had fogged up because of the rain and she helped me figure out the name of the drink I usually get. I sometimes forget about my loyalty card but she asked before I thought about it.
