Ordered a meatball footlong online, wife brought it home, bit into it and nearly threw up. Opened sandwich up and literally dry meatball inside stale bread. No marinara sauce and no cheese. So I drove 5 miles back to the store to ask them to remake it. When she got to me, I asked the manager lady if she could make me something different because the other made the meatball unappetizing. I haven't had a subway sandwich in a long time and this place will insure that it will be a long time, if ever I will have another. Rude woman took my order, talked on her phone pushed to her ear holding it by her shoulder. While she paused to ask what I wanted on it. I should have walked out then. When I asked if I was interrupting her conversation, she angrily put her phone down with her sanitary glove making it not so sanitary.
