“We moved to Sherman 2 years ago and we recently found an excellent Mexican food restaurant in Sherman. Bruno’s Mexican Kitchen has great enchiladas and I love the chicken fajita salad. The guacamole is so fresh, some of the best I have ever had! The wait staff is so prompt and friendly. It is very clean and has fun decor! It definitely 5 stars in my book!!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Tejas Mexican Grill. Their food is amazing. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from there. It’s always fresh and delicious. They have the best shrimp fajitas around. Their staff is very welcoming, friendly, and patient. I have a three year old and was eating with a friend who has a two year old. The two children were playing, running, and laughing. The owner laughed and played with them and told us to enjoy our children while they are young. It was a great feeling to know that we could eat comfortably and our kids could have fun. The staff treats their customers like family.”

“We had dinner there 5:30 pm on 3/23/2024 and it was excellent! The food was really good, served hot and tasty. The waiter was very friendly and courteous and he was extremely accomodating to another couple with us that were vegetarians. He had the kitchen make up some spinach and mushroom enchiladas. Very clean restrooms and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. We will certainly visit again when we are in Van Alstyne!”

“I like to visit twice before I leave a review. That being said, the first time I was impressed. Excellently cooked burger and fries. 2nd time I was re-impressed. I walked in very hungry, ordered the double meat cheese, tots and a drink. Did not walk away wanting more. The cook was perfect on everything. The only down, the seasoning on the meat was a little weak, but I can always add at the table.We will be stopping by again in the future, and have no doubt that we will be pleased again.Now, the staff. All were so very nice. Easy to talk to and kept us informed about the new parking options, to keep our car from getting a ticket.”
