“Our family loves to stop by Smallcakes for surprise visits with our girls for a tasty cupcake and for the best small batch ice cream! Not only that, but for the last few years this is where we have gotten both our kid’s birthday cakes. The cakes not only look amazing every time(always fun and creative), but they are soft and moist and we always get compliments from our guests. Highly recommend for special occasions, or just a little treat for yourself!“

“The cupcakes were so good, even after being in the box for two hours the cupcakes stayed good. The bread was so moist and the frosting was so fresh. Pricing was good for an artisan bakery. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area ! If you love sweets and baked goods come here and try the cupcakes !“

“Icecream here is amazing and our icecream artist piled on the topping very friendly and knowledgeable on flavors made our first time experience here great my only issue was the outside seating area please address this to nice of a place to see this here table was not cared for extremely unacceptable to sit on and enjoy the weather outside“

I’m literally getting goosebumps texting all of this! When I say amazing, when I say they understand what it is to deliver exceptional service that it is worthy of not only accolades & praise, but it’s worthy of your acknowledgment, as a corporation because they are the very definition of customer retention, is an UNDERSTATEMENT !
