“This review is long overdue. I don’t review many companies at all, but this little kolache/donut restaurant on the corner of 2920 and Mahaffey is more than deserving of it and everyone’s business. This is a small family business that puts their heart and sole into their food. Every time I’ve stepped through their door I’ve been greeted with a smile, and every kolache I’ve ordered has been consistently better than one from any other restaurant I’ve had. “Still great after all these years. I used to stop here every Sunday morning after kids completed their volunteer work at Animal Rescue. The bag of donut holes never made it to the house, but the Kolaches and fresh donuts were something we looked forward to enjoying. We were most fond of the amazing Apple Fritters and Bavarian Cream filled. Old fashion buttermik were regular hit too. Guess what, 15-20 years later, under new ownership, they are still great. If you're in the area I strongly recommend this place - especially if you can make it real early! Plenty of kid friendly colorful sprinkle selections too!“

This location, the donuts were fresh. The kolaches were warm and it was very clean inside and outside. I didn’t use the bathrooms, but it was nice that they had public restrooms available and also this location had a few tables and chairs if you wanted to stay in dine.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and it felt like they had enough staff for the needs on a busy Saturday morning
