This is the worst Dunkin I have been to in my life. I have probably been there around 50 or more times and at least 48 of those times something was screwed up with order or food was horrible. Hard to imagine a store can screw up something this simple almost 100 percent of time. I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t experienced it myself. We stopped going but tried again today and the donuts were like 5 day old tasting and stale and had finger prints in the chocolate. I don't even think they are real Dunkin’ Donuts. I go to Dunkin's all over. The one on 1960 is amazing. This place should be shut down. I wish it would be shut down so door dash would go to different one.“
“Food and service, was great at the Tomball location, the 2 girls on the night shift, were great, Dianne and Destiny but the GM was there, and he was absolutely rude to his employees, and talking to customers saying that his employees are lazy, that is not how you treat your employees, very unprofessional to me if your running a business, if you want respect, you have to show respect. He is expecting a lot from 2 employees running a whole store by themselves, instead of talking about your employees, stop being cheap and hire more workers. Thank you girls for the great service and tolerating behavior, you shouldn’t have to deal with.“
