Outstanding Octopus and Boquerones!If you are looking for authentic Spanish tapas in The Woodlands, this place delivers.The boquerones (marinated white anchovies) were the perfect start to the meal. They were incredibly fresh, bright, and tangy, with just the right balance of lemon and high-quality olive oil. The octopus was cooked perfectly . It wasn't chewy at all, which is hard to pull off, and the seasoning was spot-on. Maybe a bit more hot paprika, it’s a personal preference. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and phenomenal food. I will definitely be back for more! And they serve Godello wine! Hector, job well done!“
