“Delicious!! I took my picky Guatemalan parents here, and they were initially hesitant due to past experiences with inauthentic Guatemalan cuisine in other Houston restaurants. However, this place was amazing and as authentic as you can get without traveling to Guatemala. Every dish was delicious and freshly made. The restaurant is clean with a very cute interior. While the customer service requires a bit of patience, it's 100% worth it. Highly recommend!“

“First of all the food was amazing! We ordered things that we’re on the menu and off. They made everything perfectly. Second, the staff was so nice, Felipe was our waiter and he went above and beyond. Lastly, Arturo came to our table and chatted with us and brought us things to taste, plus my mom wanted a special dessert that she was hoping Arturo would make and he did it just for her. Delicious Samayon!“

“My waitress, Annarella, was pleasant, informative, polite, and progressive in her service. We had regular refills of our beverages, chips, and salsa. The food was hot, fresh, colorful, nutritious , and yummy for the tummy :) I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant when dining in Katy. Besides, the owners are friendly, interactive, and classy !!!“
“Great smoked wings that are an alternative to they typical fried ones. Ran into their truck at Buffalo Bayou Visitor center and hit the spot after a long good walk. They serve whole wings so don’t be deceived when you only see a few wings for a higher price (think double). Good range of sauces to choose from or ask for a mix (recommend lemon pepper and hot). Also somehow have a good tasting meatless dirty rice worth trying. Looking forward to visiting them again next time.“

“The best store of their now, maybe 6 stores. We always sit in the bar area for a less taqueria feeling.
Food is fantastic.
Service is very good.
Drinks are lackluster. Most of the time, the staff has no idea what bourbon is nor how to create a cocktail. I get it, they're not bartenders but then why offer.
Plenty of free parking. Good grupera music with the occasional LUISMIGUEL songs. Lol
They host karaoke on some evenings.
