“First of all the food was amazing! We ordered things that we’re on the menu and off. They made everything perfectly. Second, the staff was so nice, Felipe was our waiter and he went above and beyond. Lastly, Arturo came to our table and chatted with us and brought us things to taste, plus my mom wanted a special dessert that she was hoping Arturo would make and he did it just for her. Delicious Samayon!“

“Delicious!! I took my picky Guatemalan parents here, and they were initially hesitant due to past experiences with inauthentic Guatemalan cuisine in other Houston restaurants. However, this place was amazing and as authentic as you can get without traveling to Guatemala. Every dish was delicious and freshly made. The restaurant is clean with a very cute interior. While the customer service requires a bit of patience, it's 100% worth it. Highly recommend!“

“Great smoked wings that are an alternative to they typical fried ones. Ran into their truck at Buffalo Bayou Visitor center and hit the spot after a long good walk. They serve whole wings so don’t be deceived when you only see a few wings for a higher price (think double). Good range of sauces to choose from or ask for a mix (recommend lemon pepper and hot). Also somehow have a good tasting meatless dirty rice worth trying. Looking forward to visiting them again next time.“

“Wow! Been here 2x when in Houston service was impeccable both times. Lunch one time (6 pp) Dinner another (3pp). We had a good variety each time. The Carne Asada was amazing and worth the price. The warm salad was fabulous as well as the homemade tortillas! For great Mexican food, you can't go wrong.“

“My family and I had a wonderful experience at La Tostada Regia! The food was delicious, especially the Nachos Regios, which we really enjoyed. Our waitress, Geydy, was amazing! She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated her excellent customer service. We had a great time dining here as a family, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for delicious food and great service!“
