“Brennan was our waiter and he was amazing! One of our table mates could not decide what to pick so he left it up to Brennan. The food came out and Brennan had picked the best dish for our guest! Very attentive to our table and great personality!“

“Young man serving beans and ice cream had his bare hands in trash can, running hands through his hair and cut his finger on ice cream bucket. Never once did I see him wash his hands. He went from pushing trash down to serving food. Combing his hair with hands then scooping ice cream. Come on, man!“

“Very good food and service! I ordered the "lunch special" with pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The chops were nice and juicy, with brown gravy. If I would have known how big they were, I would have ordered the "senior"pork chop, which came with only 1 chop. I couldnt finish it all. The potatoes were instant, but very well seasoned. The only thing that kept me from giving the food 5 stars, was the green beans were still a little crunchy. My wife ordered the senior CFS; It was large enough that she could only eat half. It was a frozen, pretty breaded patty, but very tasty. The cream gravy was from a mix, but tasted like Pioneer mix, which I think is the best mix out there. We will return next time we are in Tyler, as I want to sample the Mexican menu.“

“As you enter, you are promptly greeted. We had a reservation, which due to traffic we were a little late. That being said we were seated immediately. Indoors every table has a view of the kitchen. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions about the menu. I had the Crab cake Hush Puppies to start. Nice large hunks of lump crab in a moist, and fried to perfection batter. Accompanied with a slightly spicy remoulade. For my entree I went with a Blue crab Claw Ravioli. The balance of this dish I cannot even put into words. Talking with Chef Lance after the meal, and observing him at work. You can see and feel his passion for his chosen art. Just when you think your experience can't get any better, a walk to the back of the restaurant. A doorway marked "janitors closet" hides a secret entrance to the Speakeasy. I highly recommend a visit, should you find yourself anywhere near Tyler Texas!!“

“Excellent food (Chicken Fried Chicken) and had a wonderful server (Kendall). The food came out quickly and was very moist and tasty. Server was polite, efficient, and easy to talk to (a rarity these days!). It made for a great meal and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Management, whatever you are doing, keep it up!“

“Prime 102 catered my granddaughter’s (DejahHood) repast and the food and service was amazing!!!! Everything was so delicious!! It was the best repast meal that I have ever experienced. My family and friends were just as satisfied. The pork loin was so tender that I could have eaten it without teeth. Did I mention that I am ready for some more green beans? “This was the first time that my husband and I had been here in a year and a half. The last time we visited the visit was absolutely awful. The food was terrible. The service was horrible.

This time was a complete 180. The food was great. It was hot. It was fresh. Our waitress Lexie was an absolute doll. She made sure that our drinks were always topped off. She made sure that we had what we needed and wanted. We will be going back more often.

“Second time eating at a First Watch and first time eating at this location. We reserved a table for 9 AM on a Thursday only to be told we needed to wait an extra 15 minutes. It was a little discouraging since we previously reserved our table.

However, once we were seated at our table and ordered our food, it was brought out very promptly which made the experience so much better. The food was exceptional, the staff was polite and efficient. I would totally come back.“

“The food was INCREDIBLE!!! We tried the wagyu ribeye, crispy Brussels, twice baked potato, garlic masked potatoes and the Mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and succulent. The service was amazing as well, not overly attentive where we couldn't focus on each other, but just the right amount of service. We ended the meal with the cheese cake and was equally impressed with that. The only note is that next time I will request to be seated in the little alcoves that have tables with just two chairs, it looked really cozy for a date night! Oh and the bread they brought out as a starter was also really delicious, I just wanted to make sure and save room for the steak. It's definitely a great place for a special date night or celebration. Highly recommend!“

“Was about a 15 minute wait when we showed up (Saturday around 1:30). They have a waitlist you can put yourself on before you arrive. Service was good. My wife and I both ordered the filet to be cooked medium. Hers came out medium rare and mine came out medium well. Other than the steaks, everything else was great.“

“Our visit to Tyler's Applebee's was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Our appetizer of boneless wings was crunchy with moist chicken. Our Southwestern bowls were the best I've had anywhere. This was our third visit in the last couple months. This particular restaurant is very well managed with waitresses that have been there for years. The manager even stopped to make sure everything was satisfactory.“

“My husband and I went to Chilis in Tyler a few days ago. Our server, Macy, was FABULOUS! She was attentive and responded well to any questions we had. Our only complaint was the chips. They have changed the chips, and they are awful! We definitely will go back, and hope to have Macy again. We won't be ordering the chips but the rest of the food is always good.

Keep Macy and bring back the old chips!“
