“Today at the Gentry location in Tyler Texas Shae had excellent customer service very pleasant very accommodating I really really good visit. I don't go to Subway very often and I don't think I've ever had as good experience as I had today.“

“I've eat here a lot of times. They are normally very respectful as well as professional with a great atmosphere. And a lot cleaner then some places. There are sometimes low in staff so they don't always pick up the phone. they are worth eating.“

“Came in at 8:45 pm on 06/08/23 and received the most outstanding service. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman helping me, but I found out at checkout that I needed to pay with smaller bills. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I went to grab correct change. He was very joyful and kind, as well as giving me some extra cookies. Just a simple late night order made my night! Hopeful that gentleman is able to see this.“

A young woman took my order and looked very flustered and stressed. I asked if she was new and she said it was her first day. I hope she sees this because I just wanted her to know that it is the best tasting sandwich I have ever had from any Subway! It's perfect! Thank you and keep at it; you're doing great!
