“Leno was very polite and nice! He carries himself very well and i wanted to take my time to recognize him for this! It was a breath of fresh air coming to this taco bell verses some of the other ones around town! He didnt ask me to leave a review either i personally went and asked for his name so i could leave a great review. Food came out quick and he even brought it out to me! I am very impressed will definitely come back here!“

“The food always correct. Staff and management are always friendly and pleasant. If you go there enough they learn your name and make it feel like you are walking into Cheers. Best taco bell plus you can easily go see a movie at Amc right behind this location. Highly recommend this location!!!“

“Went to this location and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Preston. He was incredibly sweet and made me, my husband and 3 kids an unforgettable experience. He shows truly what living mas means. Great location. Great food. Great experience. I live in fort worth and plan on making a drive out to visit again just because of this Taco Bell.“

“I’m so sad that the Taco Bell on E 5th St Tyler now has such limited hours. This is the best location in town. I know it’s a bit sad to have a favorite T Bell, but I do. Over the last 2-3 years this location has significantly turned around. It’s right between home and work for me so I’ve given myself way too many opportunities to experience the variations in quality 😖😅

This location had a phase where it was about 50/50 your order would be any kind of correct and the staff were rude with unclean appearance. But they got a crew of better management, guess, and the place really turned around. I think I’ve gotten an incorrect order once in the last year or so and I’m at their drive thru shamefully often.

I’ve noticed more turnover in staff recently, but the food has been consistently on par at the least and better than expected most of the time. I think ordering via the app may help. Staff is also mostly friendly. I certainly don’t expect to chat or anything, but it is nice when the person handing off the food actually looks at the customer without an eye roll and at least smiles. I’ve only encountered one window person behaving like working was her punishment for missing curfew and I was the parent who grounded her.

I hope this location is able to return to regular hours soon. Those who do want to work deserve to get their hours in at the location they signed on for.“
