Ordered 1 cheeseburger and never received my food. After waiting 20 minutes I watched the people behind me get their food before my mobile order. A big bag stuffed with multiple sandwiches. Still got charged for the burger so now I have to open a fraud case against Wendy's to get my money back. Reported the incident to corporate and received no response. That will be the last time I eat at any Wendy and I travel for a living.
Horrible smellHorrible employees manager or employees making food without any gloves on they were very rude and unprofessional I was cursed out because I asked about them not wearing gloves

I sat waiting to give my order for 5 mins before asking if anyone was there at which time they told me to hold on. I waited another 5 mins before giving my order.I Proceeded to the window was given the wrong drink and was told the wrong order. After I told the person what I ordered they then put the order in.I was asked to pull forward, but was unable to due to the 4 other vehicles infront of me who were also waiting on their food.
