All locations cater mostly to drive- thru customers, but they do have a couple of outside tables on a small patio area. today I called earlier this afternoon and I placed a delivery order for three açai bowls And I had asked the sweet girl that answered if she could please ensure it was made properly because the last time it wasn’t, she was the sweetest girl. She told me have a nice day which nowadays that goes so far cause no one has manners and my phone ended up hanging up on her by accident and I called right back. A boy answered was really polite. I apologize for hanging up and he said he would pass the message when we received our order. There was a little note apologizing in that our bowls were not made properly and we had two little cards from there. It was so sweet“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

He made a big order and didn't even mind telling the customer that it was ready. He didn't even bother putting it in the cup holder for them. When people was being polite on saying thank you to him, he just ignored them. First time having a bad experience at a smoothie King location.“

Coffee is great, not too acidic with many flavoring choices, especially for my sugar free queens! They even offer a high protein milk for a protein coffee.

“I want to start off by sharing a story.

The other day, I came to Dutch Bros absolutely hysterical. I was ugly crying in my car because my son has been in the hospital, and I was just completely overwhelmed with life. I didn’t even know how I was going to get through the day, I just needed coffee and a second to breathe.

The girl working the window (I didn’t catch her name, and I wish I had) noticed right away. My hand was resting on the window, and she gently put her hand on mine. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make it awkward. She just spoke the kindest, most sincere words straight into my soul. I don’t even remember exactly what she said , something like, “We’re here for you,” or “It’s going to be okay.” But in that moment, it felt like everything.

It wasn’t just customer service. It was humanity.

That small act meant more than she will probably ever know. I will forever come to Dutch Bros because of that moment. Truly forever. This is my place now.

Every time I come here, they ask how I’m doing. They’re genuinely interested. They hype you up. They compliment you. They check in on you. They speak life into you. It’s not just coffee, it’s connection.

I would give more than five stars if I could, strictly because their customer service is that top-notch. Dutch Bros isn’t just a coffee stop, it’s a reminder that kindness still exists.
