“I usually go in there at least 6-6 times per week to this location and had a great experience. They know my order to the T. But after the experience I had yesterday I will start traveling to a different location. The girl was rude, charged me for kale but forgot to put it in the cup. I called in my order and it was wrong. I was running back to work. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. I asked if I could give her my name and I just get the kale next time and she said no. I said well can I have your first name and I’ll let them know the next time and she said no. I asked for the manager name and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. This is my last time going to this location and you would think if you have a dedicated customer who comes daily why would that be an issue. It only takes one bad apple. My money is good elsewhere.“

The 20 oz Tropical Chill smoothie I drank on my drive home was delicious. I received a free Stinger Ginger Shot since it was my first time there. I appreciate that. :) I’m looking forward to trying the various juice flavors and detox tea. I plan to be a repeat customer.“

“In the past, I have had nothing but good things to say but after today I had to dock a star. They had a new coupon for August for those reward members who bought at least twice in July or if they buy twice in August. BOGO buy 2 get 1 smoothie. So I brought my 2 kids. First there was a new girl it seemed that didn't know how to enter order well and another employee came to help. I wasn't upset, it happens. They had trouble getting coupon to work so manager I believe came over and couldn't get it to work either. He was like it won't work you got to pay for all 3. I was like I have this coupon and no reason I shouldn't be able to redeem it, I need help on how we can resolve this, what can we do or try. He tells me I will still have coupon to try tomorrow, but it's an unlimited coupon that will still be there tomorrow even if I use it so I still lose out on free smoothie. So he tells workers to only make 2 smoothies so I don't have to buy 3, but I was like, I can't do that. One of us would go without and that wouldn't be fair to them. I am trying to get help on what we can do to fix this, but instead of trying to help he basically starts berating me like I am being ungrateful and in the wrong when all I was doing was asking for help. It's his place of work, he should know better than me any possible workarounds or ideas on what else I can try. He told me I can try the app, but made it sound like it wouldn't work either until at least tomorrow. But I did try the app and did get it to work. If he was working with me instead of against me and treating me like I was doing something wrong, might have gotten it figured out much sooner without all the negativity. The visits have been more positive than negative so only docked a star, but this visit greatly disappointed me in the way I was treated.“

I would not get the yogurt bowls though. Honestly, mid. Had to take it home and add some honey because it was very bland.
Location was very clean and service was quick and the girls were very sweet.
It’s next to HEB so the parking is horrendous during certain hours. We went on a Sunday around noon and they weren’t busy.“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. “I mostly didn't like Dutch Bros but when I went to the one on O'Connor Rd, I asked a very nice lady name Alina what should I get. Last time I didn't like what I got so I wanted a recommendation on what her favorite drink was. She told me it was an Eclipse drink but she was also asking me what was the vibe I was going for and what i wanted to drink and I told her just something light and refreshing and she told me that I will love the new Supernova Lemonade drink. She went to make it and what not and when I got it, it was so good and exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back for her and that drink again!!!“
