“Staff is very friendly and it almost feels like I'm a part of the crew. I come maybe once or twice biweekly and I'm always remembered, Tyson specifically has made getting coffee a good way to start the morning, always attentive and in a better mood than anyone would be that early in the morning.“

But after the experience I had yesterday I will start traveling to a different location. The girl was rude, charged me for kale but forgot to put it in the cup. I called in my order and it was wrong. I was running back to work. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. I asked if I could give her my name and I just get the kale next time and she said no. I said well can I have your first name and I’ll let them know the next time and she said no. I asked for the manager name and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. This is my last time going to this location and you would think if you have a dedicated customer who comes daily why would that be an issue. It only takes one bad apple. My money is good elsewhere.“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

Last time I didn't like what I got so I wanted a recommendation on what her favorite drink was. She told me it was an Eclipse drink but she was also asking me what was the vibe I was going for and what i wanted to drink and I told her just something light and refreshing and she told me that I will love the new Supernova Lemonade drink. I ended up ordering the Mexi Mocha, and let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. It has Abuelita’s chocolate in it, which gives it that rich, nostalgic, slightly spiced chocolate flavor. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.

Definitely a 9/10 for me! Great vibes, great service, and a drink I’d absolutely order again. If you’re at Rolling Oaks and need a coffee break — this is your spot. ☕🤎“

He made a big order and didn't even mind telling the customer that it was ready. He didn't even bother putting it in the cup holder for them.
