“ELISE CUISINE is the manifestation of owner Rocio’s ten-year dream, and her dedication and commitment to her dream is evident down to the smallest details. The dining space is simple, but quite lovely, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Service was excellent and perfectly balanced in attentiveness. With hours of 7 AM to 4 PM, this is a breakfast and lunch place, with a varied and adventurous menu that caters to meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and diners in need of gluten-free alternatives. On my first visit, I had the excellent spicy fried chicken sandwich, with sides of home fries and a wonderful arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, quinoa, and a balsamic vinaigrette perfectly blended between sweet and acidic. I look forward to returning again and sampling the extensive breakfast menu. Plenty of beverages are available, and there is a stately espresso machine that speaks to a restaurant that means business when it comes to coffee. This area of Potranco has been in dire need of a sit-down coffee house alternative to Starbucks, and ELISE CUISINE is it. I’ll admit that I was initially a bit cowed by the menu prices, but the portions are very generous; I left with half my meal unfinished, so I was really getting two meals for the price of one, and in truth, virtually all the dine-in, non-fast food alternatives in the area are similarly priced, with nowhere near the ambience and elegance. I plan to be a regular at ELISE CUISINE from here on out.“

“I love Kung Fu Tea! They have a great variety of boba drinks, but my favorite is the Taro Milk Tea—it’s always creamy, flavorful, and perfectly sweet.

The drinks are consistently fresh, and the boba has the perfect texture. The staff is friendly, and service is quick, even when it’s busy.

The interior decor is super cute, and I love that they have board games you can play while you wait—it makes the whole experience even more fun.

I've been to the Bandera & 1604 location and don't always have the best experience, and they also lack customer service there.
So will continue to come to Guilbeau location even if it's out of the way.

“I recently switched locations from 151 to Potranco, and so far the potranco location is my favorite and has been on point and gives great customer service here! The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you to Bella and Carla for always being on top of it and to all the staff as well. I'm a regular and come often, i always order the Golden Eagle. My only thing is sometimes depending who makes it, it's a HIT or a miss! Sometimes it's very MILKY and all I taste is milk. I wish to request that you all don't add too much milk i rather taste more coffee than milk and sometimes I don't even get any caramel. “Today reminded me that kindness still exists everywhere if you pay attention. ❤️ This afternoon Daniel and I loaded up Enzo and Daphne and headed out for a meet-and-greet with a rescue dog named Apollo. Apollo is 5 years old and has spent more than 1,500 days waiting for a family of his own after his owner passed away when he was just a year old. His story completely stole our hearts, and we couldn't stop thinking about him. Before heading to the rescue, we decided to stop at Dutch Bros for coffee. It was our very first visit, and we had no idea what to order. That's when we met Bailey. Bailey was one of those people whose energy instantly makes your day better. She recommended a Golden Eagle for me, spoiled our pups with pup cups, and after hearing where we were headed, she surprised us with a bag full of treats, whipped cream, and extra pup cups to share with the rescue dogs. When we arrived, not only did Enzo and Daphne get to enjoy their treats, but Apollo and another sweet rescue named Sabrina got to enjoy them too. We even left the extras behind so some of the other dogs could have a special treat as well. While Apollo wasn't the right fit for our family, that doesn't make him any less deserving of a home. Meet-and-greets are so important because adoption isn't just about wanting a dog—it's about making sure the dog is comfortable with the humans, the other pets, and the environment they'll be living in. The goal is to find the right forever home, not just any home. Apollo is going to need a special person, someone willing to see past the years he's spent waiting and recognize the amazing dog underneath. Our hearts are truly hoping that person finds him soon. It was also during our visit that we met Sabrina, another beautiful rescue looking for her forever family. Today wasn't just about dogs, though. It was also about kindness. Bailey and the team at Dutch Bros turned a simple coffee run into something memorable. Their generosity brought smiles not only to our pups but also to several rescue dogs who got to enjoy a special treat today. So if you're looking for great coffee and even better customer service, stop by Dutch Bros at 1604 and Shaenfield and say hello to Bailey and the team. And if you've been thinking about adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating, please consider Lotus Humane Society. He has a great demeanor and was willing to help! A girl was also there to apply for a job and she turned in her application to him while I was ordering. He told her he would have the manager right out to talk to her. After about 3-4 minutes he noticed she was still there and he apologized for having made her wait (it wasn’t long at all) and promptly got a manager for her to speak with!
