“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

“I usually go in there at least 6-6 times per week to this location and had a great experience. They know my order to the T. But after the experience I had yesterday I will start traveling to a different location. The girl was rude, charged me for kale but forgot to put it in the cup. I called in my order and it was wrong. I was running back to work. I told her I didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. I asked if I could give her my name and I just get the kale next time and she said no. I said well can I have your first name and I’ll let them know the next time and she said no. I asked for the manager name and she said no. I asked for a refund and she said no. This is my last time going to this location and you would think if you have a dedicated customer who comes daily why would that be an issue. It only takes one bad apple. My money is good elsewhere.“

“I can’t say enough great things about the team at Dutch Bros! Zion, Alina, Jackie, Jose, and Brendan consistently provide outstanding customer service, and it’s clear they all work incredibly hard to make every visit special.
Zion deserves an extra shout-out for always going above and beyond. Her kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care never go unnoticed. She always takes the time to make my daughter feel special by writing the sweetest little messages on her hot chocolate cup and making sure it’s loaded with whipped cream—her absolute favorite! Those small acts of kindness mean so much to our family.
Alina, Jackie, Jose, and Brendan are just as welcoming, friendly, and hardworking. Every visit feels like we’re being greeted by friends.

“I mostly didn't like Dutch Bros but when I went to the one on O'Connor Rd, I asked a very nice lady name Alina what should I get. Last time I didn't like what I got so I wanted a recommendation on what her favorite drink was. She told me it was an Eclipse drink but she was also asking me what was the vibe I was going for and what i wanted to drink and I told her just something light and refreshing and she told me that I will love the new Supernova Lemonade drink. She went to make it and what not and when I got it, it was so good and exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back for her and that drink again!!!“

“Stopped by Java Jo’z at Rolling Oaks Mall and had such a great experience! The service was amazing — super friendly and they gave me some really good suggestions when I told them I was craving an iced coffee.
I ended up ordering the Mexi Mocha, and let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. It has Abuelita’s chocolate in it, which gives it that rich, nostalgic, slightly spiced chocolate flavor. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.
Definitely a 9/10 for me! Great vibes, great service, and a drink I’d absolutely order again. If you’re at Rolling Oaks and need a coffee break — this is your spot. ☕🤎“

“We usually go every Friday after school for a treat to end the week. We didn’t make it last night so we went today. Asked for flat tops and only got 1. Asked for a chocolate Bahama mama Rama and got vanilla. We usually have no issues but disappointed in todays experience.“
