“Passing through Valley View and found them on Google. Their name has changed, no longer York N Ale, but they have the same menu, only the ownership and name have changed. Food was good, service was friendly. Got a burger and tots, (no drink) to go. Was over $18. Besides the price, the only negative is the burger was open face, loaded and covered with spicy ranch, I'm in a suit (headed to a funeral) and they gave me no fork or any utensils (didn't know the burger was open face until I was down the road), and I only got napkins bc I asked for them. So, I ate the tots and had to wait until I got home later that evening to eat the burger.“

“I love this place. The food is absolutely delicious. I'm so tired of going to restaurants where you have to send the food back because they can't get your food the way you asked for it. The owner brought out our food and stayed and talked to us for a while. He also brought us a dessert that was amazing! It was like a little Smores pie! Omg, it was good! We will be back just for that!“

“Most of the food is good. The workers are nice. One time, when my family and I went, it took around 25 minutes for our food to come. When the lady with our food came she was on skates and she fell right next to our car and all our drinks were spilled. She was okay, though. Then the manager went back inside and made our order in 5 minutes, so I don't know why it took them 25 minutes to make I the first time. The atmosphere is also really boring, but the screens you order on are somewhat creative.“

“I often have poor experiences at other McDonald's locations, but every time I come here, I leave with 100% satisfaction. 1. They never rush me when placing my order. 2. They're very polite, even if I miss something and have to add it at the window. 3. When we pull up to the window, were ALWAYS greeted with a smile. 4. If they happen to get your order wrong, they go above and beyond to fix it. Overall, Karter(with a K) and Mr. Dre were amazing. They really changed my perspective of McDonalds. Thanks guys!“
