“Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“

“My niece and I drove to Sonic to get my 17 year niece some sundaes because she had her wisdom teeth removed. The sweetest young lady, Chloe brought us the Sundaes with a note and coupon for my niece. The note said she wished her a speedy recover and that her sundaes were made with love.
This Sonic has now captured my loyalty especially since the other 2 that are near us struggle with quality and service. Kudos to this young lady. Bring in the business of leading teams, I hope she is recognized and appreciated!!!! Great job Chloe!!! The little things mean everything!!“

“I love our Braum’s in Melissa Tx.. They have fresh items to purchase inside plus you can order your meal and enjoy eating inside! My favorite is a large cup of Vanilla & Chocolate twist Yogurt!!
The service they provide is great quick!
My only issue is and believe I tell the employees ever time I go thru the drive thru please clean your windows 😜 it is a honest joke with me & the staff“

“Been a regular here since they opened, at least once or twice a week.They are invariably friendly, courteous, and professional. My order is right every time and I often select some weird combos, so good job!It gets busy sometimes if a ton of folks show up at once, but that’s understandable… expect it to take some time when it’s crowded.“
