Shout out to John Z cashier at chicken express in Venus TX for his excellent customer service, attention to details, offering all choices including dessert. Such a breath of fresh air in today's business world where there is never anything close to customer service or professional courtesy and eye contact. I addressed his wonderful attitude and attention to his supervisor, Cheyenne. Way to go John Z. They are lucky to have you employed there.
Service; at times I don't think they listen. Ordered two, 2 piece meal with rolls,(there are no sides) and add two sides of corn on the cobb. He gave and charged for 4.
